Friendly staff and spacious rooms. The kids loved the playground and games room. Breakfast options were limited and crowded. Prepare for parking fees, too.

The hotel's playground was perfect for kids, and we enjoyed the nearby dining options. Rooms felt a bit cramped, and check-in took longer than expected. Would recommend if you need family-friendly amenities.

The queen room with two beds was spacious, but the bed felt small for two, especially with four of us in the room. The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet, which added to our comfort. the carpet had wet spots, and the sink counter in the bathroom was broken. The breakfast was better than many hotels, though the dining area was small for the number of guests. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. while there were some issues, the room's cleanliness and the comfortable bed were highlights.

The hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day, and the room size was surprisingly spacious. The location made park access easy—just one light away—plus great chain restaurants filed the lot. Special thanks to Miguel and Cesia for accommodating my daughter’s egg allergy with Mickey waffles; their effort truly made our trip. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown—frozen muffins and bagged eggs just didn’t cut it. Be mindful of unexpected parking fees; it caught us off guard. And one bus for transport? We missed it due to check-in timing. Would consider other options next time.

The outdoor swimming pool was a dream, perfect for soaking up the sun! The friendly staff made us feel right at home, accommodating our late check-in with smiles. Plus, the convenient shuttle was a lifesaver for our Disney adventures!
Can't recommend highly enough! ❤️😊

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had a comfy bed with great AC, plus a balcony for some fresh air.
It wasn’t cheap, but the overall experience made it worthwhile.

A reliable pick for short visits in Orlando with great value for the money. The breakfast was good.

We hit up the resort, style amenities non, stop , heated pool, the 24, hour gym, games room, and outdoor playground were straight, up fire! We even went kayaking and snorkeling, living our best lives! The staff was chill and had our backs the whole time!
What we really needed was a sick rooftop party spot or a cool bar/club in the hotel to keep the party vibe going strong for us young peeps. That would've taken our trip from lit to legendary!

This hotel is just a short drive away from Disney parks, with the Magic Kingdom only around 15 minutes away, making it super convenient for daily park visits, plus there are tons of great restaurants nearby like Mexas Tacos and Bahama Breeze just a few minutes away, so you can grab a bite after a long day of adventures; the staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast offers some great options like Mickey waffles and oatmeal. However, the breakfast buffet could be fresher if you arrive closer to the end time.

friendly staff, friendly service with quick assistance to change my room and prompt delivery of a nearly new pack and play for my child.
No room for improvement.

Plus, the lot was too small for all the guests. Super frustrating!

A family-friendly hotel with an outdoor pool, food court, and great location near Disney Springs. Valuable extras and accommodating staff. Had a blast hosting a special event in the event venue, feeling like a true VIP.
Missing my green silk comforter cover after room service. Hilarious, right?

The staff are super friendly and actually seem to care. Location is a win, just a hop skip to all the parks.
The pool area feels a bit like it hasn't had a makeover in a while.

Enticed by amenities, but don’t be fooled—this hotel shows its age. The size of the room was satisfactory, and the location is excellent for Disney visits. The food court and playground for kids were appreciated, but cleanliness is a concern. Rust and stains were evident; my daughter had an irritation from the lack of a deep clean. Breakfast was decent, with delightful Mickey Mouse waffles. The pool was nice but more playground options would enhance family fun. The shuttle service requires reservations, which felt inconvenient. Misleading photos on the website led to disappointment. An overbooking caused unnecessary stress after a long trip. A fresh coat of paint and updated decor would certainly improve the experience.

The room was clean and comfy, just as expected. The hotel is super close to the theme parks, which saved us a ton of time on commuting. The breakfast was convenient, not extravagant, but it did the job and helped us get ready for busy days ahead.
Upon check-in, we were surprised to find out that the room we booked with two beds was unavailable, and we ended up with one bed and a rollaway bed. The staff didn't inform us about this change, which was a bit disappointing.

Our room was immaculate, and the breakfast options helped us save precious time for theme park adventures. The friendly staff made our stay pleasant, and the location near shopping was an added bonus. The only minor setback was a brief check-in wait, but overall a delightful experience!

The heating in the room was effective, keeping us warm and comfortable during the chilly evenings. we did notice that the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, at times blowing cold air when we wanted warmth. We appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage in the mornings. The sitting area was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. We wish there had been a terrace or garden furniture where we could have enjoyed some fresh air outside our room. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but we did find that the bathroom could have benefited from more cookware and kitchen utensils for those who prefer to prepare their meals. The AM/FM alarm clock was handy for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The carpeted floor in the room was clean but showed signs of wear and could use a deep clean or replacement in some areas. We did not utilize room service during our stay, but it was available for those who preferred to dine in. While car hire, dry cleaning, and shops/commercial services were available on-site, we did not need to use these amenities. The laundry facilities were convenient for a quick wash of some clothes during our stay. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was helpful for getting to and from the parks, but we found that the shuttle could be cleaner and more well-maintained. We were disappointed with the lack of a free shuttle service to certain attractions, which would have been a nice perk. our experience at the Springhill had its ups and downs. The welcome drink was a nice gesture, but we felt that more attention to detail in certain areas, such as the air conditioning and outdoor seating options, could have improved our stay. The tours/ticket assistance was helpful in planning our outings, but the hotel could benefit from addressing the inconsistencies in amenities and services offered to guests.

Our family had a fantastic time enjoying the hotel's resort-style amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, 24-hour gym, games room, and outdoor playground. It was a perfect spot for some fun in the Florida sun, providing endless entertainment for both kids and adults.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more healthy food options to its breakfast menu, catering better to families with children.

The location close to Disney was convenient. The breakfast area was inviting and I appreciated the variety of dining options nearby. The kitchenette in our room was a nice addition. The engineers and security guard were friendly, and the overall price felt fair and reasonable. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was tasty, and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, and the rooms were cleaned daily, offering a nice stay. Overall, the experience was below expectations and left a negative impression.
The service was disappointing. The staff lacked empathy and support during emergencies.

We loved the walking distance to great restaurants, delicious hot coffee in the lobby, and the comfy beds. The pools were fantastic and the location felt safe for our adventures.
Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

I chose Springhill Suites for its proximity to Disney Springs, and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious freshly baked pastries and sandwiches at the hotel's restaurant. The connections to the lively dining and shopping at Disney Springs were superb, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Parking was awful for a handicap user.

springhill suites was super close to disney - just a few minutes away by car. the staff helped me get my bearings when i got lost and the pool was awesome. also, they provide pool towels - which is a major plus. oh, and they have a shuttle to disney - which sounds handy.
Do recommend

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everything from the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff made our experience memorable. We were there to attend an ordination at The Basilica of Our Lady Queen of the Universe, which was conveniently located nearby. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the spacious rooms with a sitting area and the delicious complimentary breakfast. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel!
The only small issue we encountered was with the shuttle service to Disney Magic Kingdom. The last pickup was scheduled for 10:45pm, but when we arrived at 10:37pm, the shuttle was already full and ready to leave.
